The product works great, but not least. After 6 months, burns from heating element. Manufacturer replaced the damaged object, but burned again in six months. It costs about $ 20 to ship back. Not worth it for the second time around.

I got this humidifier in our nursery. I use it less than a month and is always locked after 2-3 days, the mold begins to grow in the tank, and have not cleaned completely.I many times that does not seem to help I also made BRITA filtered water in it, and that does not help. I would not recommend this to everyone.

My skin is very vulnerable to drought and tried many different humidifiers, and always with high-end moisturizers. That gives me the best feeling ever! Now, I do not use very often the fight against humidity with dry winter. I do not know why others complain that, in my experience, the humidity rises to the level expected in a short time and remain there forever. I recommended to my friends, and likes too!

I am literally on my seventh. I cleaned two local Lowes stores.
It would be a great unit .. if the stupid things work. The first – to use for the production of moisture, perhaps 14 days. I clean so well, saying that their support – not to go.
I then bought another .. humidity of 25% does not change the past – I knew it was over 25%, so I bought a comparison with other hygrometer (measures humidity). Ah .. their unity was gone. This is disturbing, because Iclassical guitar here, which must be maintained at a certain humidity.
So, I thought, ah .. Buggy .. lets get another. same problem. I thought .. no way should it be a coincidence tilt all evil. Bought another.
wow .. evil.
Then my fifth. Humidity increased for about 3 minutes and then decreased to 25% (übrigens. I also tested in a small bathroom to see if there is any change).
Now it was a challenge .. Must work one? (I have many times the direction .. after all myfirst unit could feel the humidity, but ceased production)

Shop online from heavy, reluctantly I chose this device. I read some very negative reviews and was expecting a unit marginal quality at best. After 1 week of my comments included:
1) no problem filling – tanks sitting, his head resting on the edge of the sink – I do not keep them as filling.
2) no problem to implement – the handle for a full tank, but I carry with one hand supporting the bottom, as recommended.
3) never had a problem with the tanks not emptied. The unituntil both tanks are empty – and perhaps this has been corrected
4) definitely not quiet – at any speed, the unit came rather annoying hum of the engine. It would not be acceptable in the bedroom, go to family room with pellet stove, it is unnoticed. Not sure if this is normal or not – but no problem for my use.
5) You had no problem sitting in the tanks – fit, there are three main parts – Tank 1, Tank 2, motor / blower housing so that the lower body. Notdifficult to close.
5) High speed is strong but not so annoying – it is really water in the air at this speed.
6) Do not have a mold problem (yet?). I'm using the Pro-Tec cartridge supplied with the device – is a special indentations to hold it. If one month or so.
7) is not the masterpiece of interior decoration, but not too bad in the family room. It 's bigger than I imagined mentally.
It amazes me wonder how much difference the extra moisturein the comfort of home.

I like this air cleaner for much longer than I thought! And 'comfortable and can be dampened slightly to 1400 square condo. I fill it once or twice daily and use the protective cartridge, as instructed. This is definitely a cost effective solution with minimal maintenance in the use of protective filters and cartridges.

We live in Northeast Florida – where we have some cold winter days (a lot more this year than I would have liked). When we moved here from Miami 15 years ago – the first winter was very cold and dry – and we bought two Hunter Humidifier – one for the kitchen / dining / living room – one for the bedroom. Usually lasts 2-4 years – then the number of errors (though not all the holes) – and have always been treated as supplies needed "as one of the posters below. <br/>
I bought my father this few years ago when he moved here – and even bought a new one for us. Now my father is 92 – and the fan was nuts this year – as loud as I could hear him talking on the phone. After much time on his hands – Hunter said – and replaced its still free to guarantee a drive for him. Then the fan is nuts about our past few weeks later. I had to raise the TV in the kitchen in full swing feel, while the humidifier was a fanworking on "low". Hunter called a couple of weeks. You can not move immediately because the place was closed for a day or two during the recent snow storm south. But when it opened – and I got to the end and described the problem – has offered to send me a free replacement. The Commission did not exactly appreciate this model in stock (which has a great winter was humidifier sale) – and gave me the choice to wait, if they would be available (early April) – or the cheapestModel that has a digital humidistat. FWIW – I'm not sure these units will be a "whole house" units of 3,000 SF in a house like ours to work in colder climates in winter. But we know where we live. ThoughOur night temps minus 30 for six nights in a row (unusual for us – we had to walk every morning with pots of boiling water for thawing bird baths!). One thing is clear enough space for a large bedroom (location is likely to use most of the people). And for those of you who complain about the level north of humidification – it should be noted that the warmer air – is, can absorb more moisture. If the thermostat to 65 – you will receive much less moistureThem if the temperature is 72 (our winter temp). To avoid spending a fortune to heat – HVAC recommend an area (we have four areas in our house). First … I like things about this unit is the PermaWick and size of the tank. I needed a device that maintenance could not find the half. This unit can operate continuously for a day and a half, and then the battery is easy to handle. Now, having a duration of one week that has never been a 40% humidity is reached. He sways back and forth and up and down between 24% and 36%. The main reason I bought a humidifier is my severe dry eye syndrome, and it worksEnd for this.
